Those of you who know me (or read me way back when), may know that my kids’ dad was a chef—or at least tried to be one briefly after graduating culinary school. It can be a truly insane way to make a living, something The Bear is laying bare (sorry) in fresh, compelling, and sometimes difficult ways.
I’ll write more about that in another post because clearly, this is something that needs to come out.
