I hate the middle of the night wake-up’s. I’ve been having them lately too. I’m tired of going through the day being so tired! Good luck with acupuncture! If it helps please let us know!

Thank you! And good luck to you too! I may start with self-acupressure. In tandem with CBD (or THC gummies or Benadryl which I just today learned is exactly the same as Tylenol PM).

I used an OTC that was just the PM part Tylenol PM for a long time. Graduated to other stuff. I’ve had some luck with CBD.

Although I stand by #11, Tylenol PM has been our go-to for many years. And it works without fail (I think it's the antihistamine that knocks one out).
